Everyone says the heart of a home is the kitchen which I believe in 200%! Familyโs gather to socialize during get togethers, holiday gatherings but really the kitchen is the soul of the home. ย Recently building a new home myself we focused the majority of our upgraded options on the kitchen. Honestly, that is where I spend the majority of my time anyway being a stay at home mother of two small children so I wanted to make sure there was plenty of space to cook and have room for small children to be around. We added a large Island, granite countertops, double oven, large double basin sink, tile backsplash and stainless steel gas appliances. We did our research, went to model homes to see the newest trends, and spoke to kitchen designers to see what popular selling points of a house were if we eventually sell. So when looking to purchase a new luxury home you will want your kitchen to be adequate for not only yourself but perhaps a professional chef that may be hired to help with holiday gathers or dinner parties.
